So! I finally got around to making black bean burgers, and I just want to say thanks to those who sent me links to recipes! I used The Vegan Zombie’s spicy black bean burger recipe which can be found here. I didn’t have all of the ingredients (subbed the chipotle pepper with chili powder and the poblano pepper with a green bell pepper; I didn’t want the burgers to be too spicy, anyway) and they turned out perfect! I added some fennel seeds in there, too. :3 Sweet potato fries make it even better!
